I have been withnTekwav for 5 years and they are wonderful! They answer your calls and when they are busy, they always... return your calls. I had some sporadic internet issues in the past few weeks and they came out and replaced my equipment that were outdated. Their technicians were super nice, very knowledgeable and quick! The internet is super fast especially when we are out in the country.read more

This is a sham of an internet company in my opinion. They take weeks to come out to help you. They’re services are... very unreliable. I had called to schedule for a tech to come see what the issue was, but they canceled the appointment without any notice saying the network was working from what their system showed. Issue pops up again, and they show up and tell me that I should construct a new tower. The towers are several thousand dollars and then they can expand their business on my dime. We recently moved from an area with gigabit DOCSYS 3 cable modem to a rural area with limited options. Tekwave has... gone way above and beyond to provide the service we need. Having good internet was a prerequisite for purchasing our home, as my wife and I both work from home. Having solid internet is critical for us.Tekwave has worked hard to find us the best option, and even after losing a nearby tower due to a landlord, they quickly got us up and running with another tower. They have even offered custom solutions to provide better than advertised service.We have had several outages due to weather and they got things back on air quickly. I am a difficult customer for them due to the criticality of my needs, but they always treat me with respect and make sure I'm happy. These guys actually care about their network and have the technical skillset to get the job done.I highly recommend Tekwave.read more

Originally I wrote a great review for this company. Our first 2-3 months with them was some of the best customer... service I've ever experienced. HOWEVER, we started noticing that we would lose connection anytime it rained/stormed (not even big storms).Then we would have random loss of connection and I would call, only to be told that everything was fine on their end. They would then "escalate" your concern, but hardly ever get a call back, and anything after hours /weekends is a joke. This last Monday was a holiday, our internet went out, we called, of course, nothing wrong on their end, and our issue was "escalated". Next day, Tuesday, I called and was told it was a tower issue, being worked on. Same story Wednesday. Thursday, different story, got a ticket number and was told we'd get called by a tier 2 person. No call. Called back Friday to get a different story. So 5 days no internet so far and going into the weekend. But of course my bill will not reflect the week+ of no service. So disappointed.read more

As with any internet service, I have the occasional problems. Each and every time TekWav has responded promptly to my... concerns and has resolved the issues. Their variety of subscription options and the ability to change when I need to is great. As I have grand kids I find that my usage increases when they are staying for extended periods of time, and being able to increase when needed is very helpful.read more

Amazing service! I live way to far out for any provider to reach me EXCEPT Tekwav!! And thinking “great it’s going... to be extremely slow....” BUT NOPE! Best service I’ve ever had and their tech Jared is amazing at helping me when ever I do drop (which is extremely seldom) I love it and would recommend (do recommend) to everyone I’ve come into contact with!!read more
